- To send "Communication Without Barriers" (SMS, Email, and In-App alerts).
- To provide maintenance status updates between residents and service providers.

2. Terms of Service
Focus: Rules of use and liability.
- Account Responsibility Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Managers are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data and invoices they generate.
- Service Availability While we strive for 99.9% uptime, JEERAN is a cloud-based platform. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to internet outages or scheduled maintenance.
- Payment Disputes JEERAN is a management tool. Any disputes regarding rent amounts, building fees, or maintenance quality must be resolved directly between the Building Management and the Resident.
- Prohibited Use Users may not use the "Notification Engine" to send spam, harassing messages, or content unrelated to property management.
